Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or store credit for approved cases.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
• Refunds are only issued for canceled orders within the 24-hour window or for approved damaged/defective items.
